Do you have a termination / notice period for the service?
No, there is no termination period. You can stop the subscription at any time and the subscription will be active till the upcoming payment date and afterwards automatically downgrade your account to the free version. There is no refund of credit card payments. The subscription / membership runs till the end of the paid subscription…
Do you store Credit Card Information?
No, we do not store any credit card information. All payments are being handled through our payment service PayPal. We receive the payment status from PayPal and update your company account (add or remove number of users).
Which payment options do you offer?
For security reasons we don’t store any credit card information and use PayPal’s payment services. All payments are being handled through PayPal. After choosing your price plan you’ll be redirected to PayPal and asked to login to your existing PayPal account or open a new one. Afterwards you can choose your payment option.
